SYNAVEL provides professional digital solutions including business strategy consulting, branding development, web presence optimization, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by incomplete information may impact timelines and may incur additional fees.
All pricing is provided in written proposals or agreements. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. SYNAVEL reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts exceeding 14 days.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Deposits for initiated projects are generally non-refundable. If services have not commenced, partial refunds may be issued at SYNAVEL’s discretion.
SYNAVEL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
Either party may terminate services with written notice if contractual obligations are materially breached. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately due.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where SYNAVEL operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
