To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required.
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 14 days.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
